Refund, Payment & Cancellation Policy
CFT accepts its course bookings through the web site, and internally by email communications. Payment is due seven days prior to the start of the course unless otherwise agreed and can be made online by credit or debit card or by Paypal.
For some clients, e.g. Limited Companies, Corporate Organisations, local authorities and schools, we are able to invoice and payment may be made by BACS, cheque or by credit cards. A purchase order will be required at the time of booking
Cancellation policy – All cancellations must be made in writing by email or post failure to attend without prior notice will result in the full amount of the course being due.
On-site courses – a charge of 25% of the full course cost will be incurred if the course is cancelled 10 days before the date of the course, after which the full cost of the course will be incurred.
At the absolute discretion of Management, all or part of any fees paid, excluding exam fees, may be transferable to an alternative training date
Attendees must adhere to the time schedule set out. Failure to attend and participate in any of the course will result in the trainee being excluded from the final examination.
CFT reserve the right to withhold certificates until we have received remittance for the full cost of the course.
CFT reserves the right to cancel a course up to and including the date of the course if insufficient bookings have been received. We will always strive to give as much notice as possible in such an event. In all cases, people who had registered to attend a cancelled course will be given the option of a full refund or of rescheduling to a future course date but CFT disclaims any further liability.
All refunds will be credited in the form by which they were made, and any payment made by debit or credit cards will returned only to the payment card used to make the order.
